Change-of-Coverage PeriodThe Change-of-Coverage Period is the period at the beginning of the year when you can either opt out or enrol your spouse and/or dependants in the Royal Roads Student Health & Dental Plan.If you start school in September, the Change-of-Coverage Period is from Sept. 1 - Oct. 8, 2012.
